Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market trends, new developments, and property regulations.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Proven track record in real estate sales or leasing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
