We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee daily office operations and support the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, efficient lead management, and consistent agent performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office is open and operational on a daily basis
  • Monitor and manage staff attendance and maintain accurate records
  • Track and review agent performance through daily and weekly reporting
  • Oversee CRM activities, ensuring timely follow-ups on all leads and inquiries
  • Manage and maintain proper lead distribution records among agents
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments for the sales team
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports to management
  • Support agents in achieving their sales targets through proper guidance and monitoring

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or sales coordination (UAE experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
  • Good communication and team management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day office operations efficiently

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: AED 4,000 โ€“ AED 7,000 per month
  • Professional and growth-oriented work environment

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per hour
