We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. This is an office-based role focused on selling and leasing residential and commercial properties while building strong relationships with clients.

Salary & Commission

• Basic Salary: AED 800
• Attractive commission structure of up to 80%
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
• Ability to work from the office on a full-time basis
• English or Arabic language skills are an advantage
