We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, managing guest seating, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests within the restaurant while maintaining the high service standards of Calicut Paragon.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure balanced seating arrangements.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team regarding table availability.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Inform guests of menu specials, estimated waiting times, and restaurant promotions when required.
• Assist in handling guest complaints professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support the service team during busy operations to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
• Bid farewell to guests warmly and encourage repeat visits.
• Adhere to company grooming standards, hygiene policies, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication and customer service skills are welcome to apply.
