Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving sales while delivering a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Control inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders.
• Monitor daily sales and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Previous UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).

Additional Requirement

• Candidates with their own valid UAE visa are highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
