About the Role
Bar Restaurante Ateneo is seeking an experienced and organizedย Restaurant Managerย to oversee daily restaurant operations, support team performance, and maintain high service standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Supervise, train, and support front-of-house staff
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
  • Maintain inventory control and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare operational reports and assist with performance monitoring

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Experience in fine dining, Mediterranean, or international cuisine environments is preferred
