Bar Restaurante La Peรฑa is seeking an experiencedย Restaurant Managerย to oversee restaurant operations, lead service teams, and ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management, staff supervision, and maintaining service and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution
- Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house staff and operational teams
- Monitor customer service standards and address guest feedback professionally
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and team performance management
- Control operational expenses, inventory, and supply coordination
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procedures
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to support business objectives and service quality
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management position
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
- Ability to manage a fast-paced hospitality environment effectively
- Hospitality management qualification or related education is preferred
