Job Description
Bar Restaurante La Peรฑa is seeking an experiencedย Restaurant Managerย to oversee restaurant operations, lead service teams, and ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management, staff supervision, and maintaining service and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution
  • Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house staff and operational teams
  • Monitor customer service standards and address guest feedback professionally
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and team performance management
  • Control operational expenses, inventory, and supply coordination
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procedures
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams to support business objectives and service quality

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management position
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced hospitality environment effectively
  • Hospitality management qualification or related education is preferred

Pay: AED10,500.00 – AED15,500.00 per month
