The Role We are looking for a seasoned and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead all front-of-house operations at Gran Caffรจ. You will be the driving force behind our guest experience, team culture, and operational excellence โ setting the tone for everything that happens on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily front-of-house operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop the service team through hands-on coaching, structured training, and performance management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house
- Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and shift planning to align with business needs
- Monitor and analyze covers, revenue, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control for front-of-house operations
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management within a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and P&L
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural flair for guest relations
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage, wine, and Italian dining culture is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with reservation systems, POS platforms, and operational reporting tools
- A hospitality or business management qualification from a recognized institution is preferred
- Experience in Dubai or the GCC region is highly desirable
