Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and service teams
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address guest feedback professionally
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and operational coordination
  • Support budgeting, inventory control, and cost management processes
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company service standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to achieve business goals

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Experience with reporting, scheduling, and operational procedures
  • English language proficiency required; additional languages are considered an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
