Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Train, motivate, and lead restaurant staff to achieve service excellence
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling and team management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist in implementing promotions, events, and service improvements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive personality with a team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
  • Knowledge of POS systems (Micros), basic administrative tasks and computer literate.
