Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager cum Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth store functioning
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer queries or complaints
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
