About the Role

VL is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role combines sales, customer service, and basic marketing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and contributing to business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inquiries, supporting online sales activities, and helping promote our products through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and respond to inquiries in-store, via WhatsApp, and through social media platforms
• Drive sales and support the achievement of monthly sales targets
• Manage online orders and conduct customer follow-ups
• Support marketing activities, including social media posts and promotional campaigns
• Maintain strong product knowledge and present products effectively to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Assist with day-to-day sales and operational activities as required

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service
• Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Must have own residence visa (mandatory)
• Previous experience in sales or retail of 2 years or more
