YOOCHA MATCHAโ„ข is a dynamic matcha supplier for 1500+ cafes & speciality coffee shops across GCC. We are looking for a skilled Sales and Operations Coordinator to drive sales growth in the GCC market and support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain sales records, reports, client registry, etc
  • Manage phone calls, handle client inquiries, and build strong relationships.
  • Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with the courier for orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Generate sales reports to monitor performance
  • Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or Coordination.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Highly organized with good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective at teamwork and collaboration.
  • Currently in the UAE and available to start immediately.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
