About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will help generate new business, manage leads, maintain sales records, and support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and partners.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
- Manage the sales pipeline and manage walk-in inquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships and support sales growth.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager on sales activities and strategies.
- Meet sales targets and provide regular sales updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
- Experience using CRM software and managing sales records.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead follow-ups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Proven sales achievements.
- Experience in education, training, retail, service, or B2B sales.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid UAE residence visa (own visa preferred).
- Ability to commute reliably.
- Willingness to grow with the company and take on greater responsibilities.
