Farhood Perfumes is a growing name in the fragrance industry, known for delivering premium scents and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team and help drive business growth.

Role Overview

As a Sales Coordinator at Farhood Perfumes, you will be the operational backbone of our sales team. Managing orders, coordinating with clients, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, warehouse, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets
• Process and follow up on customer orders, quotations, and invoices
• Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation using Excel and Word
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp in both Arabic and English
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery
• Follow up on client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, product launches, and trade events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or similar role
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (tracking leads, updating records, managing pipelines)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a plus
