Job Summary

Qutub Minar Building Materials is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales department in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, process customer orders, communicate with clients, and ensure smooth order fulfillment while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documentation.
• Process customer orders accurately and follow up until delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
• Track sales targets and prepare sales performance reports.
• Follow up on pending quotations and customer payments.
• Assist in preparing tenders and project documentation when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Support the sales team during exhibitions, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the building materials, construction, or trading industry.
• Tagalog and English proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Zoho and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
