Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our hospitality team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales activities, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless collaboration between the sales team and clients to drive business growth in the hotel industry.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
– Manage communication between sales representatives, clients, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
– Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts to clients and internal stakeholders.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
– Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost hotel bookings.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials and presentations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the hospitality industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
– Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
– Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support sales activities.
