The Role

As a Sales Executive, your primary mission is simple: bring in the business. You will hunt for new opportunities, leverage your existing network, and pitch Spago Group’s premium catering services to event organizers, corporate clients, and private hosts across the UAE. This is a high-reward role designed for a go-getter who is motivated by a lucrative commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively prospect and acquire new clients for large-scale events, corporate catering, weddings, and public exhibitions.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust network of event planners, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), wedding planners, and corporate decision-makers.
• Client Consultations: Understand client visions, collaborate with our culinary team to create bespoke menus, and present winning proposals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Structure profitable contracts and close deals effectively to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Dubai’s fast-paced event trends and competitor offerings to keep Spago Group ahead of the curve.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3–5 years of successful sales experience specifically within the Dubai/UAE catering or events industry.
• The “Rolodex”: An existing, active network of corporate clients and event organizers in the region is highly advantageous.
• Personality: Enthusiastic, prominent, and charismatic. You should possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep passion for food, beverage, and hospitality, with a solid understanding of event logistics.
• Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and a personal vehicle are required to meet clients across the Emirates.
