Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, flight tickets, visas, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services while achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel and tourism products and services.
• Convert inquiries into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Assist clients with travel arrangements, visa requirements, and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, and tourism services is an advantage.
