Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with Turkish-speaking clients and promoting our business setup and company formation services across Free Zone, Mainland, and Subsidiary structures in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and engage potential clients for business formation services.
  • Communicate confidently with Turkish-speaking clients and understand their business needs.
  • Present and explain company formation options including Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore structures.
  • Guide clients through the complete business setup process from inquiry to approval.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful business setups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ongoing cases.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth processing.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent inย Turkishย (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in sales or business setup/formation is preferred.
  • Good understanding of UAE Free Zones, Mainland, and company formation processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work independently and handle client relationships professionally.
  • UAE experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
