Sales Executive

This is your chance to come in as a founding member of the sales team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO to shape how we sell, who we target, and how we grow in a brand-new market.

What you’ll actually do

  • Build our Dubai sales function from zero – process, pipeline, outreach, and playbook
  • Work directly and closely with the CEO on strategy, targets, and positioning
  • Generate and close new business across social media management, content, and paid ads
  • Run discovery calls, present proposals, and own deals from first contact to signed retainer
  • Help establish Media Kingdoms as a serious player in the UAE market

Who this is for

  • Someone with sales experience (agency, marketing, media, or B2B services ideal) who wants ownership, not a seat
  • A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, you build the road as you walk it
  • Strong communicator who can sell on value and build trust fast
  • Hungry, accountable, and excited to get in early on a proven brand entering a new market
  • Based in Dubai; UAE market experience is a strong plus
