Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell vehicle repair, maintenance, and garage services.
• Receive customer inquiries and explain service options and pricing.
• Prepare service quotations and estimates.
• Follow up with customers regarding repairs, maintenance schedules, and service approvals.
• Develop relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customers, quotations, and sales activities.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling.
