1. Role Summary

The Field Sales Executive will represent our eโ€‘commerce platform by visiting retail stores, introducing our annual subscription packages, and onboarding merchants to the platform. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in faceโ€‘toโ€‘face sales, and the ability to build trust with business owners.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to retail shops, boutiques, and commercial outlets.
  • Present and explain the benefits of our eโ€‘commerce platform and annual subscription plans.
  • Acquire new merchant subscriptions and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions.
  • Build longโ€‘term relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help improve our services.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to plan weekly outreach strategies.

3. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2โ€“5 years of experience inย outdoor sales,ย B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English + Arabic.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate with business owners.
  • Familiarity with eโ€‘commerce, online marketplaces, or digital platforms is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and confident personality.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.

4. Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling subscriptions, or digital services.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce market.
  • Strong relationshipโ€‘building and customerโ€‘service mindset.
  • Timeโ€‘management and selfโ€‘motivation.
  • Basic understanding of online selling, digital marketing, or merchant onboarding.
