About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales manager to join our adhesive tape manufacturing company in Umm Al Quwain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new business and expand the existing customer base.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote and sell BOPP tapes, masking tapes, packaging tapes, and other adhesive products.
• Develop sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
• Lead and monitor the sales team.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in adhesive tapes, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market.
• Existing customer network in packaging/industrial products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• A UAE driving licence is preferred.

Compensation

AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
