About the Role
Urban Capital Development is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a solo, high-impact role designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives independently and has a proven track record of closing high-value real estate deals without relying on a team structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of real estate development projects, from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and brokers
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy aligned with company targets
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio independently
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to senior management
- Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activity
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
What We’re Looking For
– Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in property development
-Strong network of investors and clients, and brokers in the UAE market
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
-Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and accountability
-Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
-Valid UAE driving license preferred
