Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our automotive paint solutions, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote GEM Auto Paints’ products.
• Visit potential and existing customers to promote products, services, and technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on competitors.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing in GCC (automotive sector preferred).
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have NOC from current employer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
