Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development and sales activities for our Conventional and Advanced NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Marine, and Industrial sectors, with proven experience in ADNOC and EPC projects. The role involves driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Conventional and Advanced NDT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC, EPC contractors, refineries, petrochemical plants, and industrial clients.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives as per company business plans.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Manage vendor registration and prequalification processes with major clients and EPC contractors.
- Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, contract awards, and payment collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Maintain CRM records and provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimumย 8โ10 years of experienceย in Technical Sales/Business Development within the NDT, Inspection, QA/QC, or Oil & Gas service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Conventional and Advanced NDT methods such as UT, RT, MT, PT, PAUT, TOFD, Eddy Current, and Corrosion Mapping.
- Proven experience working with ADNOC, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas operators in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of tendering, prequalification, and vendor registration processes.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
