Job Summary

  • Ensure quality of CRM data (opportunity/account)
  • Ensure end2end alignment of Demand Gen, Deal Execution, Forecast/pipe gen & performance management
  • Manage sales forecast & pipeline management framework
  • Create โ€œone version of the truthโ€: Customer analytics & Sales KPIs
  • Provide ongoing and one-off analysis & recommendations to Sales Leaders regarding current and future business trends: Pipeline, linearity/velocity, attainment projections, business trend insights
  • Drive adoption of CRM common tools & processes across Sales
  • Support effective end-to-end sales process execution leveraging Shared Services and aligning other teams (GS, GSC)
  • Drive annual sales planning and territory optimization: Regional sales planning, quota allocations, input to incentive programs, deployment of resources, territory assignments
  • Alignment of Go-To-Market with operational processes for efficient planning and execution

Requirements

  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional, global environment.
  • Innovative thought processes / approach to work.
  • Strong Analytical skills with quantitative/financial approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with business sytems such as various CRMs, analytics tools and data visualisation tools.
  • Advanced level of skill with Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding organizational and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrable skills in process improvments and process controls
  • Ability to educate and gain acceptance and adherance to processes and usage of systems from the Sales Teams and Leaders
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales operations, finance operations or similar business support team role
