The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Salesman to join our Retail Gents Shop Tailoring team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tailoring products and services.
• Promote the features and benefits of our tailoring offerings to increase sales.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales floor and displays.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure customer requirements are met promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in tailoring or menswear.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
• Passion for fashion and tailoring products.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
