Job Title: Salon Social Media & Content Creator

Nails Couture Ladies Salon is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator to film engaging beauty content and manage the salon’s social media platforms.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience creating content for beauty salons, nail salons, hair salons, spas or similar businesses. They should understand current social media trends and know how to create high-quality, professional content that attracts clients and represents the salon’s brand.

Responsibilities:

• Film high-quality videos and photos inside the salon
• Create Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and social media posts
• Capture nail, hair, lash, facial and salon transformation content
• Edit videos with suitable transitions, music and sound effects
• Plan and manage the salon’s monthly content calendar
• Write engaging captions and select suitable hashtags
• Post content consistently across the salon’s social media platforms
• Follow current beauty and social media trends
• Respond to comments and messages professionally when required
• Develop creative content ideas, campaigns and promotional concepts
• Maintain the salon’s branding, colors and visual style
• Track content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement
• Coordinate with salon staff and clients during filming

Requirements:

• Previous content-creation experience in the salon or beauty industry is required
• Strong portfolio of beauty-related videos, Reels and social media content
• Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Excellent filming and video-editing skills
• Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar applications
• Creative, organized and confident in directing content
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines
• Must be available to film regularly at the salon in Abu Dhabi
