Job Description:
The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements. The ideal candidate must have solid experience working on high-rise building projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities
• Ensure all scaffolding works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure stability and safety
• Manage and guide scaffolding teams on-site
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and project managers
• Ensure proper use of materials and equipment
• Maintain records of inspections and work progress
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to scaffolding activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in UAE high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Relevant certifications or training in scaffolding supervision preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage
