We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, handling communication with parents and clients, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and clients professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and therapy/assessment sessions.
- Maintain student and client records with confidentiality.
- Prepare letters, reports, and administrative documents.
- Manage filing systems and office documentation.
- Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and management regarding schedules.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and receipt management.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support management with general administrative duties.
- Ensure reception and office areas remain organized and professional.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- (experience in schools, centers, or healthcare settings is an advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in educational, therapy, or rehabilitation centers.
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems and office management procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
