Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team on-site.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project-related documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
