Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the CEO
- Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, and documents
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office communications professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate with internal departments as per CEOโs instructions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelorโs degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Presentable, professional, and trustworthy
