Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the CEO
  • Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office communications professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Coordinate with internal departments as per CEOโ€™s instructions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Presentable, professional, and trustworthy
