We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator cum Sales Executive to manage service operations and support sales activities. The role involves coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, maintaining customer records through CRM, and assisting with sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Service Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for service requests, maintenance, installations, and repairs.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency requests.
  • Assign jobs to technicians, monitor progress, and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow up on service tickets and customer satisfaction after completion.
  • Prepare service reports, job cards, maintenance schedules, and related documentation.
  • Manage warranty claims, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and service records.
  • Ensure service response times and SLAs are met.

CRM Management

  • Maintain customer information, service history, sales records, and service tickets in the CRM system.
  • Track pending requests, customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Generate service and sales reports and maintain an accurate customer and contract database.

Sales Support

  • Assist with quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Follow up on quotations and sales inquiries.
  • Promote products, spare parts, consumables, maintenance contracts, and additional services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or sales administration.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
