Job Summary

Eurocon Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in construction, façade, or contracting, with strong leadership skills to oversee daily site operations efficiently. The candidate must be specialized in ACP cladding works, glass and façade systems (including curtain walls), and maintenance works and have experience in a contracting company.

Applicants with a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction and façade activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Oversee installation of ACP cladding, curtain wall systems, and glass works
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on-site
• Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and manpower logs
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Plan and organize workforce efficiently to meet deadlines
• Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction, façade, or contracting sectors
• Proven experience in ACP cladding, curtain wall systems, glass works, and maintenance projects
• Familiarity with façade systems such as Technal, Gutmann, and similar international systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure
