WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to establish and grow Workmont’s presence across social platforms. This is your chance to build something from scratch — creating content, growing our community, and telling our story to Dubai’s business community.

● Experience Level: Basic to moderate social media experience is fine — we’re not looking for a 10-year veteran. Enthusiasm matters more than credentials.

● Creative Mindset: Ability to come up with fresh ideas and think outside the box

● Good Communication: Clear writing and verbal skills to engage audiences professionally

● Digital Savvy: Comfortable navigating social platforms and understanding what makes content engaging

● Willingness to Learn: You don’t need to know everything — just be ready to grow and develop new skills

● Organized & Proactive: Able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines without constant supervision

● Adaptability: Comfortable working in a growing company where priorities shift and responsibilities expand

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Content Creation: Develop engaging, informative content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn that showcases the company’s services and expertise

● Platform Management: Post consistently, engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and build community across all platforms

● Content Strategy: Brainstorm ideas that align with our mission and resonate with business owners and entrepreneurs

● Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, understand what content works, and optimize based on data

● Social Queries: Respond professionally to inquiries and direct leads to the sales team when appropriate

● Visual Content: Create or curate graphics, videos, infographics, and other visuals that capture attention

● Campaign Execution: Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across social channels

● Collaboration: Work with the team to understand our services and communicate them in compelling ways
