Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our clients’ social media presence, creating engaging content that aligns with brand identity, and driving results through creative digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Create and design engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos, etc.) tailored to each client’s brand identity.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Write clear, engaging captions in both English and Arabic.
• Monitor performance analytics, track campaign results, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistent branding.
• Manage ad campaigns (Meta Business Suite knowledge is a plus).

Requirements:

• Female candidate.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong creative skills in design, photography, and videography.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other editing apps.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Familiarity with Qatar/GCC market trends is an advantage.
