We are a growing company looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling, with the ability to manage multiple social media platforms while designing engaging marketing materials.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality social media posts, stories, reels covers, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Create branding assets, marketing collateral, and digital graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
• Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and design work.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other design software.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and content scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with video editing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
