Sous Chef
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support our Kitchen operations. As second-in-command, you’ll help drive culinary excellence, mentor kitchen staff, and ensure every dish meets our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef in menu planning, prep, and execution
- Supervise and train line cooks and kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on training
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisine styles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
