Sous Chef

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support our Kitchen operations. As second-in-command, you’ll help drive culinary excellence, mentor kitchen staff, and ensure every dish meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef in menu planning, prep, and execution
  • Supervise and train line cooks and kitchen staff
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on training
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisine styles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
