Job Description

Assist guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities

• Keep the Spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Consistently engaging with guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
