Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements:

• Experience in the delivery sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, spare parts, and garage operations.
• Experience managing workshop or garage teams.
• Ability to use ERP systems for maintenance and inventory management.
• Good communication skills in Urdu and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage motorcycle servicing schedules and garage operations.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
• Ensure proper use of the ERP system for maintenance records and reporting.
• Lead and support the maintenance team while ensuring safety and quality standards.
