We are seeking an experienced and proactiveย Stores Managerย to oversee and manage store operations across all company sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient inventory control, ensuring accurate stock records, and leading store teams to support operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all company stores and warehouse facilities.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
- Monitor stock receipts, transfers, issuance, and storage practices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement store procedures and best practices.
- Prepare inventory reports and performance analyses.
- Lead, train, and supervise store personnel across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
