Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems regularly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or replenishment requirements.
- Issue materials, tools, and supplies to authorized personnel while maintaining proper documentation.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
- Conduct routine stock counts and assist with inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- 2โ4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, or Warehouse Assistant.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management or ERP software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
