Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper for Road & Infrastructure Projects to manage site store operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper handling of construction materials, tools, and equipment. The candidate must have experience in construction or road projects within the UAE/GCC.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory reports.

Issue materials to site staff and subcontractors as per approved requests.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.

Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and logistics teams.

Ensure proper documentation of delivery notes, GRN, and material requests.

Prevent material loss, damage, and unauthorized usage.

Follow company HSE and storekeeping procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 2โ€“4 years of experience as Store Keeper in Road, Civil, or Infrastructure Projects.

Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and site operations.

Experience with inventory systems / ERP software preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, ERP systems).

Ability to work under pressure in a site environment.

UAE experiences preferred.
