Position Summary We are hiring an experienced Storekeeper to manage construction materials and consumables at our ADNOC oil field project in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must be able to run the store independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage all day-to-day store / warehouse operations
• Handle inbound and outbound workflows: receiving, GRN preparation, inspection, issuance, and record-keeping
• Plan and maintain an efficient warehouse layout — proper stacking, labeling, and 5S housekeeping
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts; reconcile physical stock against system / records
• Verify construction material specifications and the associated certificates (material approvals, Mill Test Certificates, inspection / test reports)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant, preferably on construction or oil & gas projects
• Strong knowledge of material receiving and issuing procedures (GRN, issuance slips)
• Ability to plan warehouse layout and organize stock logically
• Hands-on inventory counting and reconciliation experience
• Familiar with construction material specifications and related certificates (MTC, material approvals, test certificates)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good basic English
• ADNOC site experience and valid ADNOC HSE induction / site access preferred
• Must hold a valid UAE visa (transferable employment visa, or visit visa eligible for visa change)
• Able to obtain ADNOC security clearance / site access
