Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured swimming lessons for students across different grade levels.
• Teach swimming techniques, water safety rules, and lifesaving skills in line with international standards.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback and reports to parents and the school.
• Ensure strict supervision and safety of students at all times during swimming sessions.
• Maintain pool safety protocols, including checking water conditions, pool equipment, and emergency procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the PE department to integrate swimming into the overall sports curriculum.
• Organize and prepare students for swimming competitions, inter-school events, and extracurricular activities.
• Promote a positive learning environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and confidence.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, health & safety regulations, and Ministry of Education requirements.
