A valid UAE driving licence is required as the role involves travelling to different project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, and servicing works for residential and commercial properties.
• Plan and coordinate daily pool maintenance activities and site schedules.
• Conduct pool inspections and identify maintenance requirements, technical issues, and repair needs.
• Test and maintain swimming pool water quality, including chemical balancing of:
• Chlorine levels
• pH balance
• Alkalinity
• Water treatment chemicals
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain swimming pool equipment, including:
• Pumps
• Filters
• Motors
• Valves
• Control panels
• Pool automation systems
• Filtration systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repair works for swimming pool systems.
• Carry out pool cleaning activities including vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and chemical treatment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of pool chemicals according to safety procedures.
• Supervise and guide technicians/helpers to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of works.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and technical observations.
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and operations teams regarding site requirements and progress updates.
• Transport tools, materials, chemicals, and equipment safely to different project locations.
• Maintain the company vehicle in clean and safe operating condition.
• Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Swimming Pool Technician, Pool Maintenance Technician, or Pool Supervisor.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is required.
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool maintenance, water treatment, filtration systems, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience handling pool chemicals and maintaining proper water balance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair basic pool equipment issues.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing daily maintenance schedules is preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
