Telesales Executive

Job Description:

The Telesales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling duโ€™s telecommunications products and services through outbound and inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
  • Promote du products and services including mobile plans, internet, TV, and value-added services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable du solutions
  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
  • Follow du policies, sales scripts, and UAE telecom regulations
  • Ensure high call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service activation

Requirements & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred)
  • minimum 01 years of telesales or call center experience (telecom experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a positive sales attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products is a plus
  • Proficiency in both English and Urdu/Hindi is must for this position
