Job Description:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling duโs telecommunications products and services through outbound and inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
- Promote du products and services including mobile plans, internet, TV, and value-added services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable du solutions
- Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
- Follow du policies, sales scripts, and UAE telecom regulations
- Ensure high call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service activation
Requirements & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelorโs degree preferred)
- minimum 01 years of telesales or call center experience (telecom experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a positive sales attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of telecommunications products is a plus
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu/Hindi is must for this position
