We’re Hiring: Trading / Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trading / Operations Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Trading / Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end trading operations, ensuring seamless processes, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, optimize processes, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and effective issue resolution
• Manage and strengthen supplier/vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and reliability
• Oversee end-to-end trading operations including procurement, logistics, and delivery
• Develop and implement efficient processes and SOPs to improve productivity
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team to achieve business targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in trading, operations, or supply chain management
• Strong expertise in customer relationship management and supplier coordination
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of operational processes and workflow optimization
